How to Request a Refund

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the extension, you must contact us via WhatsApp or Email (multiskiil@gmail.com) within exactly 60 minutes of your purchase transaction.

Provide your purchase receipt or transaction ID.
Your software access will be revoked immediately upon refund processing.
Refunds requested after the 1-hour window will not be entertained under any circumstances, as the software is a downloadable digital product.
